We have now finished gathering feedback from the community about the priority health issues that were identified in through the Our Health Survey. If you took the time to attend one of our community conversations or completed the online feedback form on this website, thank you for participating! Your input is very important.

One hundred and twelve people in the Capital Health district completed the online feedback form, and hundreds more attended the community conversation events hosted by the seven Community Health Boards around the district throughout October. Please watch this website in the coming weeks and months for updates on the priority-setting process.
