Our Health Community Conversations

Each of Capital Health's Community Health Boards will be holding Community Conversations. We encourage you to attend. Here's why:

• At each forum, we will go over the results of the Our Health Survey for your particular community so you'll know what the major health and health care issues are.
• Secondly, we'll be asking you to help us take the information from the Survey and turn it into a set of priorities to improve and maintain the long-term health of your community.

Please come out to the Community Conversation nearest you. All sessions are from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. There is a meet and greet at 6 p.m. before each session.
